Remember
Someday but not tomorrow
When blogging time is through
I’ll sit and remember
The fun I had with you
The scurry of writing
A post for every day
The waiting and worrying
If your like was on the way
The joy of reading
A rhyme of silliness
Or a well thought poem
With a little more finesse
Remember I will
A tear it will bring
But until then
I’ll continue to sing

One of my very favorite musicals is The Fantasticks. I love the songs and could listen to them over and over. I remember seeing the play for the first time in 1964 and have enjoyed it several times since. I am going to do a song today and one tomorrow from the show. If you love the songs from The Fantasticks, it would probably be best just to pass up my version.

How did I miss this one? Enjoyed it of course
Hi, the red-eyed monster checking in!
Yes, remember… What is that, a member again?
Aha…
Was wondering where you were.
Thought you forgot to remember.
Love the Fantasticks and that song. We just dated ourselves, lol! Great piece of the musical theater history.
Sorry….you got caught in the Spam Folder.
I don’t think I would recognize a piece of music that was written in the past 20 years. Probably make that 30 years.
I want to hear something that has a tune and that I can understand the words to.
I’m caught way back in time.
and glad of it.
I love that song! I am not sure I know/have heard the Fantasticks… when I heard the song for the first time, a young man from Sweden sang it… I don’t remember his name at all!
I liked your sweet rendition as always.

Thank you.
It makes me happy to read that.
I am comfortable with my followers.
Awwww lovely x
Blogging memories are good memories.
I’m merrily reading along, and I get to this line (If you love the songs from The Fantasticks, it would probably be best just to pass up my version) and I do a coffee-spit.
You are too funny!
I am reminded of an old commercial for ….. maybe Clairol.
Does she or doesn’t she? Only her hair dresser knows for sure.
Did she or didn’t she pass up my version?
