‘Tain’t Nobody’s Bizness
My blog is a sacred thing belongs to me alone
Everything here is mine and mine to always own
What I write about may make a few just groan
I know I go on and on and maybe even drone
Post a bunch of nonsense don’t mean to pick a bone
To the ridiculous some think I am prone
I often put some out of their comfort zone
But what I’ve written here I’ve no reason to atone
If I should take a notion to drink a potent potion

If I never go to church on Sunday and cabaret every other day

If the homeless ain’t got no money and I say take all mine honey

If I meet on occasion a friend of the other persuasion
‘Tain’t nobody’s bizness if I do
There ain’t nothin’ I can do nor nothin’ I can say
That folks don’t criticise me
But I’m gonna do just as I want to anyhow
And don’t care if they all despise me
If I holler in a crowd there ain’t no gods right out loud
